Thanks for checking out our store! We are a DIY outfit and ship from our home studio in Yucca Valley California, so when you purchase a product you are getting it direct from the artist! Jennie and I personally pack and ship each item and will try our best to make sure it arrives safe and undamaged. That said, accidents do happen and in some cases shipping can be brutal. So, if your item arrives damaged please reach out to us so we can take care of you.
